Why do I need an account? I just want to checkout.
If you are checking out, we need to have your billing and shipping addresses, as well some contact information. The only extra account information we ask for is a password. If you want, just forget it after you checkout. But if you remember it, you can come back to the webstore and check out your order status under MY ACCOUNT. It will also make your next purchase much easier, since you won't have to enter all that information in again.
Why do I need an account? I just want to make a wish list.
To be able to track the items on your wish list, we require you to have an account. Also, people buying things from your wish list will have the option of shipping those things right to you, so we need to have your correct address.
I was in the middle of doing something (checking out, adding something to my wish list, etc...). Is this stupid website going to lose track of what I'm doing?
Such a thing would be unacceptable. We're smart people at Trustkill. Don't worry, we won't lose track of what you are doing, empty your cart, and make you start over. We hate it when that happens to us, so we make sure it won't happen to you.
